Northern Ireland Environment Link are offering an opportunity to contribute to the care of Northern Ireland’s most prized landscapes at an important time. The draft Environment Strategy for NI promises a Landscape Strategy for Northern Ireland by 2027, while other polices such as 30×30 – 30% of our land area under protection for nature by 2030 – have focussed attention on how we manage such lands for the good of nature and people. Suiting a professional with a broad range of communication, influencing and development skills, the role will operate at a strategic level to help the managers of the landscape areas to operate more collaboratively, sharing knowledge and best practice and developing their individual and collective capacity.
