Sport NI COVID-19 Survey: Understanding the current sporting landscape in Northern Ireland

30th May 2020

Sport NI is conducting the COVID-19 Survey: Understanding the current sporting landscape in Northern Ireland survey to better understand the range of challenges that sports organisations are facing at this time.

The online survey should take about 20 minutes to complete

Sport NI recognises that organisations have responded tremendously at this time, with many still playing a pivotal but quite different role within their communities.  However, some are still facing difficult challenges.  Sport NI wants to be able to support sports organisations at this time, but to do this they first have to better understand the challenges such organisations now face.

The survey is designed to be completed by organisations, not individuals or members of the general public.  Any sports organisations or organisation providing sport services operating in Northern Ireland, should consider completing the survey.  This will include Governing Bodies of Sport, Clubs, Charitable sports organisations, Voluntary and Community organisations and social enterprises. Please share.

The survey will be open for one week and closes at Midnight on Thursday 4th June 2020.

Sport Northern Ireland hopes to launch a number of initiatives from late June 2020 in its continued response to COVID-19.  This survey will provide up-to-date information on the challenges organisations are still facing and on areas where guidance and support is needed in the months ahead.
