Exciting News: We have Rebranded

14th November 2023

We are delighted to share a significant milestone in our organisation’s development by proudly unveiling our fresh and vibrant new brand name and logo.

Over the past 8 years Outdoor Recreation Northern Ireland has undergone significant transformation, and our journey of growth continues. Our new brand is a revitalising shift in our corporate identity to match this ongoing development, whilst at the same time observing our not-for-profit principles, as we evolve from ‘Outdoor Recreation Northern Ireland’ to ‘Outscape’.

After careful consideration, we have chosen a brand name which reflects the essence of the organisation and creates a much more modern, yet simple corporate identity. Alongside our new name is a fresh new logo which signifies collaborative partnerships, an energetic and passionate team, our working landscape and the geographical spread of our services. ”

The ‘Outscape’ brand has been designed to better reflect who we are today, a modern addition to complement our drive to be industry leaders. We believe it will enable us to expand our services, help to foster relationships with existing clients and partners as well as develop new client and partner relationships.

Executive Director of the new Outscape, Caro-Lynne Ferris, is thrilled to see the change and commented “Today we unveil a new brand identity which has created a strong foundation that will take us into the future and build upon our existing reputation as a leader within the industry. We have recently undergone a period of significant growth and the Outscape brand sets out much more clearly who we are and what we stand for”.

Whilst this is a significant change for us, our vision remains unchanged. We are more determined than ever to create a more active and healthy society appreciating the outdoors and will continue to deliver an excellent service for our clients and partners.

Although our focus will remain in Northern Ireland, we will continue to deliver projects and initiatives for stakeholders across Great Britain and Ireland. We will continue to apply the benefits of the insights and experience gained in these projects to deliver our role in Northern Ireland.

You may already have started to see changes as we implement the rebranding strategy, mainly here on our website, social media channels and new email addresses – do not worry you will still be able to reach staff on their old emails for a certain period after today.

We hope you like our new brand as we have worked hard to ensure it captures the spirit of our organisation.
