The Challenge
To prepare management plans for:
- A large multi-faceted site – Gortin Glens Forest Park
- A managed green space – Grange Park, Omagh
These plans will in turn guide management plan preparation for additional Council sites
The Role
To undertake a review of current approach, best practice benchmarking, site visits, engagement with FODC staff to prepare management plans to include:
- Portofilio of Facilities
- Managment ROles and Responssibilites
- Risk Assessmsnet
- Inspection Process and Reporting
- Maintenace
- Communication
- Incident and Accident Reporting
- Emergency Services Plan
- Review Process
