The Challenge
To carry out an outdoor recreation feasibility study for both Lough Foyle and Carlingford Lough to feed into the agency’s Development Directorate Strategic Plan 2015-2020.
The Role
We undertook:
- A review existing coastal recreation and access opportunities within Lough Foyle and Carlingford Lough areas and provide recommendations for future development
- A review existing water based tourism and leisure activities within Lough Foyle and Carlingford Lough areas and provide recommendations for future development
Both studies were completed through desk research, field work, consultation and benchmark analysis.
