The Challenge
To prepare a concept trail design for a walk trail at Smith’s Strand on the shores of Upper Lough Erne, Co. Fermanagh
The Role
To:
- Undertake site visits and supporting desk research to identify an appropriate route which:
- Adheres to the Principles and Standards for Trail Development in Northern Ireland
- Complements its natural surroundings
- Considers all statutory requirements which the project should adhere to
- Considers the existing use and an assessment of need for future use
- Undertake consultation with key stakeholders
- Develop a Concept Trail Design Report
