1. Consumer spending;
2. Commercial Outdoor Recreation (equipment manufacturers and retailers);
3. Commercial Non-Outdoor Recreation (suppliers for the production of outdoor recreation related goods and services);
4. Voluntary;
5. Local Government;
6. Central Government; and
7. Outside the Area.
